A structured project cycle approach enables photography service provisions to be aligned with end client visionary requirements, thus ensuring all Stakeholder’s needs are met with process reviews along each step of the project cycle, further mitigating risk, including:  

• Maintaining and Monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditure
• Ensuring Stakeholder views are managed towards the best service provision
• Ensuring project deadlines are met and adhere to frameworks

In addition, Elaine strives to define concepts and build pragmatic road maps and related project plans focused on meeting client objectives and targets – at the same time balancing them against what is:
